Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will give you total authority over your email accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your electronic mail accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email boxes against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to certain criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just select the email mailbox you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then select the target e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
